At Pressed Moments, every order is created with care—many of our items are custom-made just for your event. Below you’ll find everything you need to know about how and when your order ships.
Processing Time
Processing time varies based on the products you are ordering. Please see individual listing descriptions.
Custom or personalized orders may take slightly longer depending on waiting time lines for design approval.
You’ll receive a confirmation email once your order has been shipped.
Shipping Time
Shipping times vary based on your location and the shipping method selected at checkout. In general:

Standard shipping: 3–7 business days after shipment

Expedited options (if available): calculated at checkout
Please note that shipping carriers may experience delays outside of our control (weather, holidays, peak seasons, etc.).
Tracking Your Order
Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking number so you can follow your package every step of the way.
Custom & Made-to-Order Items
Many Pressed Moments products are made to order or customized for your event. Because of this, processing times may vary slightly. If you have a specific event date, we highly recommend ordering early or reaching out before placing your order to confirm timelines.
For consultation services- please follow the initial information guidelines and mock-up approval time suggestions to keep your processing times on schedule.
Address Accuracy
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. Pressed Moments is not responsible for delays or lost packages due to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.
Lost or Delayed Packages
If your package shows as delivered but you can’t locate it, or if it seems stuck in transit, please contact us and we’ll do our best to help you resolve the issue with the carrier.
