Refund policy
At Pressed Moments, many of our products are made to order and/or custom designed specifically for your event. Because of the personalized nature of our work, we are unable to offer refunds once an order has been placed.
Made-to-Order & Custom Items
All Pressed Moments items are created specifically for each customer, often based on selected themes, colors, quantities, or custom requests. For this reason:

All sales are final.

Refunds are not offered on made-to-order or custom items.

This includes (but is not limited to): custom theme orders, personalized designs, consultation-based orders, and any items created specifically for your event.
Custom Design & Mock-Up Approval
For custom or consultative design orders, you will receive a design mock-up for approval before production begins. Once you approve the mock-up:

The order is considered final and locked in for production.

No refunds or cancellations are available after mock-up approval.

Approval confirms that the design, spelling, layout, and overall look meet your expectations.
Exceptions
If your order arrives with a production defect or an error that was made on our end, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the issue. We’ll review it and, if appropriate, arrange a replacement.
